A seat is one person with their own sign-in. Pick the seat that matches what each person does. Mix them freely within a firm.
The four seats
- Business, $39: a company keeping its own books. Invoices, bills, bank import, HST, inventory, reports.
- Payroll Unlimited, $45: payroll alone, for any number of employees.
- Bookkeeper, $59: the daily books and payroll for many clients; no accountant tools.
- Full accountant, $79: everything, including year end, GIFI, T2 working papers and the client CRM.
What is never counted
- Company files: keep as many client companies as you have.
- Employees: payroll is per seat, not per employee.
- Transactions, reports, downloads, backups.
Terms
- Canadian dollars per seat per month, plus HST. First month free, no card. Cancel at the end of any month.
- Pay yearly and save 20%.
- Founding firms: the first 20 firms that sign up before 31 December 2026 pay half price for six months.
- A firm with one Full accountant and three Bookkeepers is $256 a month, or $128 for its first six months as a founding firm.

What does a seat cost?
Per person per month in Canadian dollars plus HST: Business $39, Payroll Unlimited $45, Bookkeeper $59, Full accountant $79. The first month is free, yearly billing is 20% less, and founding firms pay half price for six months.
Is there a limit on company files or employees?
No. Every seat keeps as many client company files as you have, and payroll runs for any number of employees. Only people (seats) are counted.
How do I cancel?
At the end of any month, from your Administration page or by email. You can download every company file at any time, before or after.
Where is my data stored?
In Microsoft Azure's Canada Central region (Toronto), with backups copied to Canada East (Québec City). Nothing is stored or processed outside Canada.
